Narrative Lead. Interviews. Editorial Feature. Interactive Experience.
Microsoft Unlocked: Reading’s Next Chapter
As conversations around AI in education grew increasingly polarized, we created a human-centered editorial experience that reframed Reading Coach as a tool for confidence, creativity, and connection — not automation.
The feature combined on-site interviews, documentary-style video, interactive storytelling elements, and immersive long-form writing to show how technology can support, not replace, teachers and students.
I contributed to the narrative direction, conducted interviews, and wrote the feature. I also proposed integrating an interactive reading moment so audiences could experience the product within the story, partnering closely with design and motion to help support a cohesive emotional arc.
Impact
The feature generated nearly 3 million page views and contributed to Microsoft’s most-viewed YouTube release of the year, with 13M+ views in its first month.
